Privacy & data handling
Planner inputs stay in your browser
Budgets, state selections, networks and order-preview figures are held in the page's memory. The planner does not save them in cookies, local storage or a database, and does not send them to an exchange. Closing or reloading the page clears the entries.
You can open a planner link containing a selected coin or a help link containing an exchange filter. Those URL parameters can appear in hosting request logs. Never put personal account details, recovery phrases or authentication codes in a URL.
Hosting and third-party requests
The deployed Nginx server records ordinary access and error logs. Access logs can include your IP address, request time, requested URL including its query string, response status, referring page and browser user agent. These logs support delivery, troubleshooting and security; they are not planner submissions.
Hosting configuration was inspected on October 15, 2026. The site log policy is configured for daily rotation with up to 10 rotated files, compression and rotation only when a log is not empty. This describes the configured rotation, not a guaranteed deletion deadline. Separate hosting backups, provider records and the operator's broader retention practices have not been verified.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts and fonts.gstatic.com. Those providers receive technical request information. See Google Fonts' privacy explanation.
Reference pages request USD market quotes directly from CoinGecko, using public coin IDs only. CoinGecko receives your IP address and ordinary connection information. Your planner budget, state, wallet addresses and account information are not included in these requests. See CoinGecko's privacy policy.
The planner still uses your account previews, not these reference prices. An optional local research build can request a public book by asset symbol only; it does not send your budget, state or account details.
External services and tracking
The current release has no analytics scripts, advertising tags, account registration or newsletter form. Official exchange links open third-party sites, whose own privacy terms apply. CoinBBank does not collect exchange passwords, API keys or identity documents.
If advertising, analytics or account features are added, the data notice and any required consent handling must be updated before those features are enabled.
Operator and questions
Operator and public contact details are pending. The site is available as a public preview; a final editorial and search-indexing release remains pending real operator details and completion of the privacy review.
This notice describes the implemented preview, not a certification of legal compliance in every jurisdiction.
