How do you send Horizen to another wallet?

Send Base ZEN only to a destination explicitly accepting its official Base token, leaving ETH for gas. ZEN on Horizen L3 needs that network's own accepted route. An ordinary transfer does not claim old UTXOs or bridge assets, and sending to a similar-looking EVM address on another chain can be unsupported.
