Gemini: choose the right ETH or USDC network

Gemini documents several networks for ETH and USDC, but interface and regional restrictions still apply.

Documentation checked 2026-10-04. US scope; account restrictions may differ.

What should you check first?

  1. Check the asset/network combination in Gemini's withdrawal screen.
  2. Match the wallet's receiving network and asset exactly.
  3. Do not assume API withdrawals have the same networks as the web interface; Gemini documents narrower API support.

When should you stop?

A shared Ethereum-compatible address format does not mean a different network is safe to use.

When should you contact support?

For a sent transaction, collect the hash and chosen network. Contact the receiving provider through official support; recovery is not guaranteed.

Use the help centre linked from the exchange's official website. CoinBBank cannot access your account, approve a payment or recover a transfer.
