- Allow for the documented 4-5 business-day ACH clearing period, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
- For card funding, use the account's hold notice: Gemini's documentation distinguishes processing from withdrawal holds and contains differing durations.
When should you stop?
Money leaving your bank does not prove Gemini has received cleared funds. Do not assume a card buy can be withdrawn immediately.
When should you contact support?
If the account's hold has expired, use Gemini's official support with the transfer reference and restriction notice. Check device authorization and verification status as well.
Use the help centre linked from the exchange's official website. CoinBBank cannot access your account, approve a payment or recover a transfer.
