- Check whether crypto is reserved in an open order rather than available to withdraw.
- A password change can hold withdrawals to newly added addresses for up to 24 hours.
When should you stop?
Time-based holds cannot be bypassed by support. Do not create a second deposit to clear one.
When should you contact support?
If the documented hold has elapsed, send the deposit reference and withdrawal error to Kraken's official support. Do not send authentication codes.
