How does Curve DAO work?
Curve uses automated market-maker contracts for swaps and liquidity provision. CRV emissions incentivize eligible liquidity, while vote-escrowed CRV influences governance and gauge allocations. The host chain handles transaction consensus; Curve's pool algorithms and token locks are not an independent blockchain consensus mechanism.
