How does Ondo work?
ONDO holders participate in governance through on-chain proposals and voting, including decisions affecting Flux Finance. The DAO documentation describes a Governor Bravo-based system and voting delegation. That governance role does not make ONDO the underlying collateral of every Ondo-branded product or guarantee income to token holders.
Who created Ondo?
ONDO originated with Ondo Finance, which helped establish the Ondo Foundation in 2022. The Foundation says it acquired token issuance rights and conducted the community sale through subsidiaries.
