How does Immutable work?
Immutable Chain is EVM-compatible gaming infrastructure connected to Ethereum, with IMX as its native gas asset. Its canonical bridge currently relies on Axelar messaging; official docs describe ZK bridge proofs as future work. Neither Ethereum compatibility nor the zkEVM name proves that every advertised security upgrade is already deployed.

Can you mine Immutable?
No, IMX is not earned by ordinary proof-of-work mining of a standalone IMX coin. Ethereum ERC-20 issuance and Immutable Chain operations follow their respective contracts and infrastructure. Gaming rewards, liquidity incentives and proof generation are different activities and should not be presented as guaranteed mining income.
Can you stake Immutable?
