Render
(RNDR)

Render is a distributed GPU-compute network whose upgraded token is RENDER on Solana. RNDR is the legacy Ethereum token that preceded this migration. These representations require different transfer support; neither is the native coin of an independent Render blockchain.

What is Render?

How does Render work?

Render connects compute customers with GPU operators under a burn-and-mint economic model. Payments linked to completed work lead to burns, while scheduled emissions support contributors. RENDER is issued on Solana; GPU-job verification is not the same as operating Solana consensus.

Who created Render?

Jules Urbach and OTOY founded Render Network, according to the Foundation's FAQ. The Foundation later took on stewardship and governance responsibilities. Original developer and ecosystem steward are different roles, neither of which guarantees the token's value or an operator's earnings.

What is Render used for?

RENDER supports payments and incentives for rendering and approved compute workloads. Holders can also participate in network proposals. Buying tokens does not itself rent a GPU, secure job allocations or give you equity in OTOY or the Render Foundation.

Where can you buy Render?

Check official platform pages for current RENDER or legacy RNDR access in your location. An RNDR listing is not proof of Solana RENDER deposits or withdrawals. Confirm the exact token, network and any platform-managed migration terms before using the service.

Before you buy

No exchange availability has been verified for this catalogue entry under the current full-name and symbol checks. This is not a delisting claim. Confirm the exact asset, trading access and withdrawal network through the provider before buying. All local checklists remain available at the end of this guide.

Before fees and spread. Rounded display, not network precision or an exchange minimum. This is an estimate, not an exchange order quote.

Can you buy a fraction of Render?

Yes. Upgraded Solana RENDER uses eight decimal places, confirmed by a read-only finalized RPC query for the mint linked in Render's official guide. Legacy Ethereum RNDR uses a different contract and 18-decimal precision. Exchanges set their own minimum orders and withdrawals, so protocol divisibility is not a promise that every fraction can be bought economically.

Sources 3

How much does it cost to buy Render?

Your cost includes the order, spread and any trading, payment or withdrawal charges. Ethereum RNDR and Solana RENDER have different network routes; upgrading is a separate operation. Review purchase and destination-network previews before comparing offers under the same Render branding.

Sources 2

Is Render a good investment?

RENDER has price, compute-demand and governance risks, not guaranteed AI-related returns. Scheduled emissions and usage-driven burns need not balance, while migration adds operational exposure. The Foundation documents a freeze authority associated with upgrade safeguards. This is not financial advice.

How do you send Render to another wallet?

Send Solana RENDER only to a compatible Solana-token destination, not an Ethereum RNDR address. Legacy RNDR needs its Ethereum route. Check the official token identity, recipient instructions and fee preview; an ordinary transfer does not automatically perform the network upgrade.

Sources 2

How long does a Render transfer take?

Transfer processing depends on the host network and platform checks. An RNDR-to-RENDER upgrade adds a separate workflow and should not be timed like a single token transfer. Check the transaction record on the correct ledger rather than assuming one Render-wide confirmation policy.

Source 1

Can you cash out Render for real money?

Cashing out requires a platform accepting your exact RNDR or RENDER representation and permitting both selling and fiat withdrawal. Check network and migration instructions before depositing. A token swap changes your crypto balance; it does not itself put money in a bank.

Source 1

Is Render traceable?

Render token activity is recorded on its host ledger, not guaranteed anonymous. BME includes transparent burns and emissions, and governance can create observable records. Compute-file privacy and token-transaction privacy are separate issues even when both relate to Render Network.

Sources 2

Supply, mining & staking

What is the maximum supply of Render?

RENDER supply follows approved emissions, usage-related burns and legacy-token migration, rather than a simple Bitcoin-style issuance cap. The BME documentation reviewed here does not establish an immutable numerical ceiling. Circulating, migrated and available tokens are different measurements, and burns do not guarantee net deflation.

Sources 2

Can you mine Render?

Not as proof-of-work mining of a native Render blockchain. GPU operators can receive incentives for approved rendering or compute capacity under network rules. That involves service provision and onboarding, not guaranteed rewards for simply holding tokens or owning an idle GPU.

Sources 2

Can you stake Render?

Holding RENDER does not make you a validator of a Render proof-of-stake chain. It is a Solana-issued token, while GPU rewards and governance serve different purposes. Any Render staking product requires separate verification of custody, contracts and the actual reward source.
