How does Arbitrum work?
Arbitrum One executes transactions on a Layer 2 and posts data and state commitments to Ethereum, with disputed results handled through fraud proofs. ARB supplies governance voting power, not a separate proof-of-stake consensus. Arbitrum Nova uses AnyTrust, which adds data-availability assumptions that should not be confused with One's rollup model.
Who created Arbitrum?

Can you mine Arbitrum?
